On the northern edge of the Covenant, the GROVES was developed by William Strong in the mid ’80s on a large 101 acre orange grove. The lots average between one and two acres and are mostly hilly terrain. Most of the homes are Mediterranean-style. This is a gated community but does not have a guard at the gate. Most of the GROVES is within the Rancho Santa Fe School District. Recent home prices start at $1,600,000.
