This gated community is unique because all the English Tudor/Country French homes are single-story. Ray Watt, builder of Fairbanks Ranch and the other two “Villages of Rancho Santa Fe”, began building these homes in 1984. The original architect, Robert Bowlus, used five floor plans ranging from 2,600-3,300 square feet.
